This top portion is an empire waist with wide strap (so your bra straps won\'t show) that is fully lined in 100% cotton in brilliant white. The bottom portion is 3 tiers each one gathered for a \"ruffled\" look and each one the slightest bit larger than the last for a slightly belled shape.
